My journey has always been about exploring what it truly means to be human. Over the years, I’ve moved through many worlds — acting, feminine studies, birth work, and ceremonial practice. Each one has taught me something different about presence, courage, and the beauty of connection.

Acting opened my understanding of emotion and story — how deeply we can feel, express, and transform. My work as a doula and spaceholder taught me about the quiet power of being with others through life’s most intimate and vulnerable moments. And in my studies of ritual and embodiment, I learned how returning to simple, grounded practices can bring us home to ourselves.

Today, my work brings these threads together. I create spaces — through ceremony, teaching, and one-on-one guidance — where people can slow down, breathe and (re)connect with their own clarity and wisdom. Whether it’s through conversation, movement, or ritual, my intention is always the same: to help you remember what has always been there — your strength, your softness, your joy.

I believe that everyone holds their own answers and that true healing begins when we feel seen, safe, and supported just as we are. My role is simply to hold that space — with presence, warmth, and care — so that you can meet yourself again.
