At age eleven, Marc Steinberg received what he calls “a postcard from God”—a spontaneous glimpse of liberated Consciousness that set him on a lifelong quest for Truth. His journey led him through the Flower Power movement of the ’70s and the Wall Street boom of the ’80s. After achieving what he called his “Outer Million,” Marc realized that the true treasure lies within—the Inner Million.

This realization turned his search inward. Immersing himself in the wisdom of Jiddu Krishnamurti, Osho, Swami Samatananda of the Kashmir Shaivism lineage, and Werner Erhard, Marc discovered that awakening cannot be taught—it is transmitted, experienced, and ultimately remembered. Guided by this insight, Marc returned from years of spiritual study in India with a clear mission: to awaken people’s Essence and help them manifest their Greatness. Returning from years of monastic study in India, Marc dedicated his life to sharing consciousness with the world. In 1991 he founded Creative Consciousness® International, followed by the Creative Consciousness Coaching® Academy and the One Heart Community movement. His pioneering Consciousness Coaching® methodology has empowered thousands across continents to awaken, lead, and live from presence, love, and authenticity.

Through his books, retreats, trainings, and global community, Marc continues to inspire humanity’s collective awakening—turning the vision of a conscious, loving world into a living reality.
