I grew up longing for harmony in a Dutch family where deep connection was scarce. That early pain set me on a path of exploring emotional depth, ancestral healing, and what it means to live in sacred union. After studying Applied Psychology, I traveled the world for 2.5 years, diving into yoga, tantra, meditation, and plant medicine.

Since 2015, I’ve founded Yoga with Roos, co-created the retreat center Roots & Wings in Amsterdam, and now share Naked Truth—my deepest offering yet. For the past 10+ years, I’ve guided retreats and 1:1 coaching worldwide, helping people restore calm with themselves, each other, and their bodies—reminding us that, like nature, we are made of pure love.
