I’m Ulrike, Tantra practitioner, bodyworker, yoga teacher and Ayurveda expert. My path has led me to India, Sri Lanka and Bali many times, into communities of conscious touch and Tantra, and I bring all of it into my work with Kashmiri Tantra Massage.

What I embody is a grounded, powerful and warm feminine presence. I hold space with clarity and softness, so you can receive and connect with your being and your emotions. Here, every mask can fall. You are welcome exactly as you are, held in unconditional love.

Kashmiri Tantra Massage is a journey of being nourished: through touch, breath and presence, you are filled with universal energy and light. My sessions are slow, sensual and deeply nurturing, an invitation to soften, awaken your senses and reconnect with your aliveness and life force.

Before the session, we take time for a check-in to talk about boundaries and expectations. From there, I work intuitively with you and with the emotions that arise. My approach is trauma-sensitive and grounded in an understanding of the meridians and the nervous system.

You can receive a session with me (2 hands), or as a 4-hand experience together with my partner Mav, who also offers sessions in the Healing Temple.
