Using PandoraStar for Brainwave Entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing light and sound, in this case with The blinking light encourage the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.
These type of sessions can be used to induce many different brainwave states such as trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation, dream lucidity, states of remote viewing, chakra balancing and much more.
Brainwave Entrainment is suitable for almost everyone, although some precautions are in place with those who have light sensitivity or epilepsy.
Sessions will be offered throughout the festival as “stand alone” sessions for individuals, with Gong bath or music healing, or as part of massage. They will also be available in the Sensorium in the sound and light section.
