My name is Manuela, born in Germany, but calling myself a world citizen, as im living and travelling for more then 15 years around the globe. I´m an internationally and recognized certified E-RYT®️ 500 and YACEP®️ Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience.

I have gained attention in the yoga community for my ability to guide students through transformative practices, whether in group classes or private sessions. I’m active in sharing my knowledge through workshops, retreats, and online platforms.

 

With love and light I’m leading/guiding yin classes, meditations, workshops, retreats, soundHealings, ceremonies  & certified TeacherTrainings  (TTC´s) around the world, with a specialisation in Yin Yoga & YinYogaTherapy & SoundHealing. My passion for dance & movement I share by leading/facilitating Ecstatic Dances and 5 Rhythm Dances.
